1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LootLust ("we," "us" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

LootLust is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting gamers ("Traders") who trade in-game items (skins, accounts, digital goods) with content creators ("Creators") who provide safe-for-work ("SFW") fetish content (e.g., feet, cosplay, teasing content). All transactions use our token-based escrow system.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to use LootLust.

By registering, you:

• Confirm you are 18+ through date of birth collection
• Acknowledge our 18+ confirmation checkbox
• Represent that all information provided is accurate

We reserve the right to implement additional age verification measures as needed.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Offer, request, or transmit any illegal or non-SFW content
• Harass, threaten, or scam other users
• Circumvent our escrow system
• Use stolen or unauthorized in-game items
• Attempt to trade with minors

5. Trading & Escrow System

Token-Based Trading: All trades use LootLust tokens held in escrow.

Trade Process:

• Trader offers tokens via chat
• Upon acceptance, tokens enter escrow
• Both parties deliver agreed items/content
• Escrow releases upon mutual confirmation

Disputes: Report within 72 hours. We review chat logs and evidence to resolve fairly.

• Device & Browser Data: Device type, operating system, and browser information for optimization.
• Cookies: Used to maintain login sessions and preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide the Service: Enable account creation, trading, escrow services, and chat functionality.
• To Facilitate Trades: Process offers, manage token transactions, and resolve disputes.
• To Verify Age: Confirm users are 18+ through date of birth collection and age confirmation.
• To Communicate: Send trade notifications, security alerts, and support messages.
• To Improve the Platform: Analyze usage patterns and fix technical issues.
• To Enforce Policies: Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or prohibited content.

3. Data Security

We implement security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular monitoring to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure—use strong passwords and report any suspicious activity immediately.
